Evaluation
This is a 45-60 minute session, where we will go over what you’re having pain or limitations with. Even if you’re not currently injured, come with your concerns and I will help you put together a personalized
“PreHab” routine to make sure that you stay healthy and safe.
Follow up
Schedule for follow up sessions after you’ve had an evaluation. I’ll answer any questions you have, issues with exercises that I’ve provided, progress your program, and get you, or keep you, in the air.
